The concert Gavin played with Gavin Bryars and the Crash Ensemble in Dublin (November 2005) will be repeated on RTE Lyric fm – Nova on Sunday evening, May 7th, at 8pm GMT. To listen online, click ‘Listen live’ on the site.
Gavin appeared on the Ryan Tubridy show on RTE 1 on the 15th and got to answer Ryan’s Baker’s Dozen. In the evening he was on the 2FM’s Dave Fanning show, talking about the album that changed his life: David Bowie’s The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars.
It’s promo time for Breakfast on Pluto, on the eve of its European premiere. Gavin will talk about his work on the film on RTE radio one’s Rattlebag on Thursday, January 12 at 2.45 GMT+1. RTE 1 is available live on line.
The show will be available on demand the following day in the Rattlebag audio archive.
The Gavin Bryars and Crash Ensemble concert will be broadcast on the Irish radio station Lyric FM at 8.30pm on Sunday 1st January.

Gavin Friday will present ‘Jesus Christ’ on Rattlebag, RTE Radio 1′s art show, this month.
Gavin is the first of a number of Irish artists approached by Rattlebag’s producers to curate a series of 45 minute specials on cultural icons. The series will be broadcast on the last Friday of every month, starting this month.
