Just Heads

Gavin is currently rehearsing in Dublin. Kevin Murphy has left the band, as his own musical projects beckon. The new guitarist ‘Jude’ Murphy is irish/scottish. ‘Shagging Tobacco’ is being recorded, it’s like a ‘movie soundtrack for some long lost surrealist movie’.
Gavin has recorded a song with The Heads (Talking Heads minus Byrne) who are making an album with 10 guest singers (Gavin, Maria McKee, Debbie Harry, Shaun Ryder, Richard Hell & more). This will be released this summer. Gavin’s tune is called ‘Blue, Blue Moon’.
