Gavin Friday is one of the artists set to join the band Aslan on stage at the Olympia Theatre in Dublin this Friday, June 21st, in a show of support for Aslan’s lead vocalist Christy Dignam who is battling cancer. Tickets for ‘A Night for Christy‘ are completely sold out. All funds raised will be donated to Christy to assist him in paying his medical costs.
AER TV will stream the event live on the internet. Venues in Dubai, Germany, Czech Republic, Australia, Canada, the UK and across Ireland will be carrying the show live. A confirmed list of venues can be found on www.aslan.ie The live show starts 8.30pm GMT.

U2 will take part from a studio in New York. MC for the night will be the artist Guggi.
