Gavin Friday talks Bowie with prof Eoin Devereux

Gavin Friday will be talking David Bowie with Prof. Eoin Devereux as part of the 2018 Dublin Bowie Festival. The event takes place on Sunday January 7 2018, at the Conservative Club on Camden Row in Dublin.

Devereux is Assistant Dean for Research in the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences at University of Limerick, Ireland. His main teaching and research interests are focused on Media, Popular Music and Fan Studies. Recognised internationally as an expert on media and popular culture, he co-organised the first ever academic symposium on David Bowie in 2012.  Eoin is the co-editor of David Bowie: Critical Perspectives (with Aileen Dillane and Martin J. Power) published by Routledge (New York, 2015).
